MWS was established over 30 years ago. We are now part of a £200 million purchasing consortium.
What do we supply?
- We are direct mill paper agents, providing both all leading brands and our own range of products.
- We are master distributors of all leading O.E.M. printer cartridges and also offer our own range of compatible cartridges.
- We offer over 30,000 stationery lines, with dedicated on-line order facilities.
- We provide a complete print service that ranges from letterheads to full 4-colour and design brochures.
- We have an extensive janitorial range.
- We provide vending, including Kenco, "singles", bean to cup, snack vending. Equipment, ingredients and service.
- Water ... we supply a range of "direct mains" equipment.
- We provide furniture, including bespoke, from a single chair to a complete office refurbishment, including design and installation.
- We offer a complete interiors service, including design, planning and build.
On all services our objective is to offer "best in class" pricing and service levels.
What service levels do we offer?
- A dedicated Account Manager to review your account and provide day-to-day support.
- Management reports presented in a format to suit you.
- Proactive pricing reviews, we direct you to the most economic "contract" products.
- We deliver next day or same day in emergencies.
- We have a no quibble returns policy, for all returns within 5 days in the original wraps. We also, wherever possible, provide the same delivery personnel and they are tasked, if required, to delivery to point of need.
- Environment ... we comply with the principles laid down by the Forestry Stewardship Council (governing all paper supplies). We also have an extensive range of recycled products, which are highlighted in the catalogue and on-line.
- We have a very powerful on-line order facility. This can be tailored to suit your requirement.

- We have 3 furniture showrooms in London, Milton Keynes and Cambridge where you can view our entire range.
